Darse-Nezami is one of the leading departments of Makhdoom Ashraf Mission having the capacity of around 400 students with residential and mess facility. The department offers a sophisticated year-wise study from E’dadia to Fazilat (a traditional name of theological classes with duration of 9 years) . The syllabus covers the study of Quran, Hadith, philosophy, interpretation of Quran, Islamic Jurisprudence and its rules, Etymology (Sarf), Arabic Grammar (Nahwa), logical reasoning (Mantiq), Mathematics, Rhetoric (Balaghat) etc. Keeping in view the strong need of contemporary age, the syllabus also provides a well-designed and core classes of English, Mathematics and Computer.
This department provides a program learning of Holy Quran by rot. It is located inside the complex of ‘Khanqah Sirajia Ashrafia’ in Sa’dullahpur around 6 km away from Malda town towards south, next to the holy shrine of Hazrat Sirajuddind Akhi Aina-e-Hind (R.A.). The students, after completing the course from here are the best of their kind to teach the same in other parts of India and also widely preferred for Traveeh during Ramzan. This department also set to offer the residence and mess for around 200 students under the finest supervision of 7 experienced teachers.
It is obviously known that reciting holy Quran according to the specific rules of Arabic Grammar is extremely crucial, or else the meaning differs with minor error of pronunciation in Arabic. For this cause, our Chief Administrator, Allama Syed Shah Jalaluddin Ashraf Ashrafi Jilani decided to establish a particular department and made it compulsory for each and every student of Dars-e-Nezami to also cover the syllabus of Tajweed-o-Qirat.
Makhdoom Ashraf Mission is responsible for the arrangement of text books recommended in the syllabus. for this very cause, Ashraful-Aolia Library came into existence and piled up by the curricular and non-curricular books. A varied collection of multi-subject books is the beauty of this library. Books are issued for students at the beginning of lunar calendar and once they are promoted to the next class, they submit their books back to the library and the rotation goes on. Ashraful-Aulia Library is considered one the most authentic and largest libraries of Bihar and Bengal where books are available for almost every possible references. Both the scholars and students are regularly quenching their thirst of knowledge in this library.
Tajul-Asfia Reading Room was founded in 2005 for a fair and peaceful environment of study. Right from its foundation, students are constantly using it for their study. One of the objectives of this study room is to blow the interest of writing and debating in students.
