Khanqah Sirajia Ashrafia Sa’dullahpur
The Monastery was founded at the threshold of Hazrat Sirajuddin Akhi Aina-e-Hind Rahmatullah Alaih in 1980. The foundation of this holy historical monastery is actually an outcome of a divine dream. It was a sacred night of 1980, a miraculous night when many 100 years ago Allah took his prophet Mohammad S.A. on a journey from Makka to heaven. The night in Islam is marked as Shab-e-Meraj. Huzur Ashraful-Aulia was in a deep mediation, suddenly Hazrat Sirajuddin Aina-e-Hind visualised virtually in his dream and ordered him to build a Monastery near his shrine. Not only he, everyone who was there that night saw the same dream, hence this historical monastery came into existence. Next morning everyone who dreamed last night submitted their dreams in a written form to Ashraful-Alia and he asked for a mattock and the first brick was laid on the very morning. Ashraful-Aulia named this monastery after the owner of the shrine and said “from now onwards, the generosities of Makhdoomul-Alam will be poured and showered right from here.”
